Privacy Policy

blackcoyote.com is run by Black Coyote LLC, from El Salvador, like every other Black Coyote LLC site. If you have any question about your data, write to us at hello@blackcoyote.com.

The short version

We don’t sell, rent or share your data with anyone. We don’t use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cookies that follow you around. We keep the minimum the site needs to work, and we delete it when you ask.

If you sign up for a newsletter

We keep your email and where you signed up, only to send you that newsletter. Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click. If you unsubscribe, we won’t write to you again.

If you send us something to publish

For example, a production. We keep your name, phone and email to let you know when it’s published or if something needs to change. They never appear on the site. With that email we also add you to the SIVARTE newsletter; each one has a link to unsubscribe in one click and, if you do, we won’t add you again. What does get published, once we approve it, is what you filled in to publish. We ask for a code by email, or for you to sign in with Google, only to confirm the email is yours, so nobody else can change what you sent.

Visits

We count visits ourselves, without cookies. We don’t keep your IP: we keep an anonymous fingerprint that changes every 24 hours and can’t tell us who you are, plus your approximate country and city and whether you came from a phone or a computer. That tells us what people are interested in.

Cookies

We only use one cookie, when you sign in with your email (for example, to upload or review what you sent), so you don’t have to confirm it on every page. Nothing else.

Who helps us

Our sites live on Vercel, our data on Supabase and our emails go out through Resend. If you pay by card (for example, to rent Escenario Millennium), the payment is processed by Wompi from Banco Agrícola on its own page: your card goes straight to them and we only receive the amount, whether it was approved and the authorization code. Tickets on this site are sold through SimpleTix, inside its own window: what you enter to buy goes to them. If a site shows a map, it’s Google Maps, and when you open it Google gets your visit like with any map. If a page has a video or a podcast player, it’s YouTube or Spotify, and it only loads when you press play: from then on they get your visit like with any player. None of them use your data for anything else.

Your data is yours

You can ask us what we have about you, to correct it or to delete all of it. Write to hello@blackcoyote.com and we’ll answer within a few days.

Changes

If we change anything in this policy, we publish it here with the date.
